Interpol Issues Worldwide Arrest Warrant For Terra founder Do Kwon.

Kwan is facing charges for the $60 billion wipeout of LUNA and UST which belong to the Terra ecosystem. #Reckless.



Australia's CBDC Pilot to Be Completed in 2023.

According to a white paper released on Monday, the Reserve Bank of Australia expects to complete its central bank digital currency pilot by the middle of 2023. #Tyranny.



Pentagon launches effort to assess crypto’s threat to national security.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has hired crypto intelligence firm Inca Digital to help them develop tools to create a map of the crypto Universe. Federal agencies will use this data to fight criminal and terrorist operations and also to gather intelligence. #Privacy.



Bad Precedent - CFTC v. Ooki DAO.

The founders, and the Ooki Dao itself were charged with unregistered margin trading and failing to register with FinCEN, they agreed to pay a $250K slap on the wrist. The Complaint indicates all voting governance token holders are culpable. Check out this tweet storm by @lex_node. #ShamefulRegulationByEnforcement.



California Vetos Bit-License Bill.

A Bill that would have enacted a license-requirement for all crypto activity in California had near unanimous support in the California legislature. Gavin Newsom thankfully vetoed the decision calling the bill "premature." #GoodNewsForNow.



LBRY CEO Fed Up w/ SEC.

The file sharing network has been fighting the SEC for nearly five years. The SEC alleges the company raised $11 million through selling tokens before their blockchain network was fully built. LBRY disputes this claim as false and now Jeremy Kauffman is running for political office. They made a petition if you're interested in signing. #HelpSaveLBRY.


HODLCast Podcast - In this week's podcast, I zoomed in on the Coinbase funded lawsuit against OFAC for its constitutional overreach in the Tornado Cash sanctions. I also discussed this case in my blog.
